If A Stranger Appears
by Ellen Bailey
If or when a stranger appears
Whether in the day time or night
Let us show kindness without fear
Let our greetings be sunny and bright
Let us welcome those who visit us
Let them always be our guests
Let us help them if we must
Let them expect our very best
A stranger is a friend we haven't met
They may be an angel in disguise
Their mission may have been set
By our Heavenly Father upon high
